Half eaten home made frozen protein bar. Unfortunately I only have whey protein, so not vegan. Used @phdnutritionuk white choc protein with @myprotein vanilla (yeah, i mixed, and what ), bag of cashews and bag of almonds soaked overnight,   bit of vanilla rice milk, cause the nut and whey wouldn’t blend otherwise. Added oats to soak up the extra moisture  (the whole mix came out fluffy) and @thegroovyfoodcompany agave. For the chocolate coating I used coconut oil, agave, vanilla extract and cocoa powder. Best eaten straight out the freezer apparently!  :)

Day 26: it’s friday, day off which means i can have a proper lay in! Started the day well with a green smoothie. Didn’t have any greens at home so the colour is really just coming from the spirulina. Added mango, oats, banana, @thegroovyfoodcompany agave, @myprotein vanilla whey and vanilla rice milk. For lunch i had leftover pasta with a pb-coconut sauce with lettuce  (only veg in the house ). Then I went a bit naughty with my snacks. Marzipan truffles that @chewchew1212 had brought over from Germany and other sweeties. Balance out by apple and @MeridianFoods cashew and almond butter with a lovely @lovorganic tea. Come dinner time, i really fancied a pub meal. No thanks to finding garlic mayo at Lidl. Had sweet potato fries, @quorn_uk spicy chicken bites and mozzarella sticks. Very bad, but had to be done!

Lunch: @quorn_uk cocktail sausages with hummus, pineapple and a bowl of @rachelsorganic yogurt with grapes and cashews. Agave roasted almonds for snack, was feeling pizza for dinner so pizza rye bread with 3 different cheeses, tomato puree and Dijon mustard.

Lunch: @quorn_uk cocktail sausages with hummus, pineapple and a bowl of @rachelsorganic yogurt with grapes and cashews. Agave roasted almonds for snack, was feeling pizza for dinner so pizza rye bread with 3 different cheeses, tomato puree and Dijon mustard.

@rachelsorganic limited edition apple and butterscotch yoghurt with grapes and cashews! So good!

Lunch: food doctor pita with hummus, soy vanilla yoghurt and black grapes and yoghurt coated nuts and raisins  (i was so full ). Got home and got changed to go swimming. Tummy was rumbling when we got back, so quick snack of rice cakes with nut butter and for proper dinner brown rice with what looks like scrambled eggs with veg, but it’s “firm” tofu (firm? BULLS**T!!!) with veg. Bit of dijon and seed mix on top. Yum!

O.m.g. came home to a package from @chewchew1212 all the way from Germany. A package full of german sweeties!! All but the berries are veggie friendly (not quite vegan though). So amazing!! Jenny, you are awesome!!!!
